Mickey McGrath was born in Butte, MT, and was a letter carrier for 31 years. Mickey loved sports and his beloved Butte Central Maroons. During one span, he traveled to 41 Montana Class A basketball tourneys in succession. He loved Notre Dame and was able to go see several football games. He bowled, he golfed, but his #1 passion (besides family) was his pride in being a union member. He was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers for over 35 years, serving as Branch President and Chief Steward.
