Raised in Tribute:
$25.00Our family met Eileen when her son Tony met and ending up marrying my sister Rosemary. She was always a lovely lady, always took great care of the way she looked. She had been a hair dresser and owned her own shop. My memories of her were always that we enjoyed our holidays, birthdays, pool parties and other gatherings at Tony and my sister's home. We laughed and sang, and Eileen always loved to dance. After a few years, I noticed that Eileen was more quiet and less expressive. I did not know at that time she had Parkinson's Disease. As the years went by, Eileen showed more signs of the disease, but she fought it valiantly. She was a beautiful woman who raised two wonderful sons. My brother in law, Tony is a great man who served his country in Dessert Storm, is a good husband, Dad, and family member. We are proud to have him as our "brother". His brother, Ron, is a great person, a good husband, Dad, and friend to us. We love him, too.
They have many loving memories of their Mom and many sad ones, too, as a result of seeing her struggle with Parkinson's disease. We need a cure, now to help others. I know that is what Eileen would want for others- to be spared going through this debilitating disease. We will miss you, Eileen, but will love you always and remember you, always. Love Donna and Gerry
